The policies of the Social Studies Department mirror those found in the Student Handbook insofar as the school’s policies pertaining to absence, tardiness, and behavioral expectations.

Exams:

Any student wishing to take his or her final exam in a course must return to the teacher any and all materials the student signed out at any point in the course. Generally this means returning any textbook(s) assigned to by the teacher.  Any student who is unable to return the materials will not have a final mark entered for the exam, and his or her grade will be held until such time as either the materials are returned or payment is made for a replacement.
